We recently saw an exhibit on Maynard Dixon at the BYU Museum of Art and were blown away.

And lots of times when people try to do this, they don't understand why the original project was successful and they fail. I'd say yes. A good example is Bilbao. -- " Why can't the "Bilbao Effect" be reproduced? The Bridge Park will be next to a freeway. Who wants to hang out by a freeway?
